The steering group need a Secretary to support this sub-group of Woolhope Parish Council
You will be involved in helping the steering group to achieve the site Management Plan and fulfil its Terms of Reference. In particular, to service meetings; maintain budget control; assist with sourcing grants; communications with local parties; handling information and liaison with key people.
Would take: No fixed weekly time, flexible ‘little and often’, perhaps 100 hours a year. Main time demands around the 2 or 3 meetings annually, administration for occasional projects and Financial Year budget planning and reporting.
