Dave Smith Tree Care, our forestry contractor for the common commences his annual work schedule on December 13 and will probably continue into January. Based on the 
the 2017 management plan, our intentions are to:
a) Reduce and reshape the tree spinneys on the south side.
b) Fell a chunk of scrub in the northeast corner.
c) Coppice a linear glade in young woodland on the eastern boundary, provided we can protect it from deer browsing.
